Dennis Edwards starts work on new development in Grafton

The Farmyward At Grafton

The development will be gas and oil free and overlooks local nature.

Construction work has started on a new development of homes being built in Grafton, near Shrewsbury.

Housebuilder Dennis Edwards Homes is developing three bespoke luxury properties on the site, which was previously a disused farmyard.

The Farmyard at Grafton is seven miles north of Shrewsbury. According to Dennis Edwards Homes the development will be built with “sustainability in mind” and will be gas and oil-free, using air source heat pumps throughout.

Charlotte Edwards, director at Dennis Edwards Homes, said: “We’re delighted to be regenerating this space to create much-needed new housing to the hamlet of Grafton, which offers excellent transport links and open green countryside. Over the coming months we look forward to working in this community and welcoming new residents to the area.”

Properties are expected to be released to the market in Spring 2024. Fore more information, visit www.dennisedwards.co.uk
