We pay your legal fees
The conveyancing on your purchase is covered, so that is one cost you do not have to find on top of the deposit and the move itself.
Available on selected two-bedroom plots. We confirm what is covered in writing when you reserve, and it can be used alongside the other help available on the plot.
Who it is for
Anyone buying on their own: one buyer, named on the purchase and on the mortgage. There is nothing to apply for and no forms to fill in beforehand. Tell us when you get in touch or when you visit.

Our two-bedroom homes at The Mulberries in Dudleston Heath: The Windsor and The Attingham. Both are designed for one or two people, with an open-plan kitchen and dining room, a private garden and parking.

Legal fees are paid on selected two-bedroom plots at The Mulberries at Dudleston Heath, for a single buyer named on the purchase and the mortgage, on reservations made while those plots remain available. What is covered is confirmed in writing when you reserve, and the offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
