After taking over the family business in 2019, Charlotte has quickly established herself as the UK’s leading voice for women in property development. Regularly featuring in the media as a spokesperson and role model, Charlotte has toured the country as a keynote speaker at property events.
As Director of Dennis Edwards Homes, Charlotte focuses on finding, funding and developing out profitable residential and commercial schemes in Shropshire and North Wales.
Her experience in different strategies including build to sell, build to rent and buy, refurbish, refinance (BRRR) makes her well positioned to take on single and mixed-use development schemes of between five and 50 units.

Charlotte began her property journey from the ground up, working as a site manager for her first development of 26 new build houses.
“The only way to learn how to build a great house is to be on site, watching it happen, analysing the process and improving it each time. I fell in love with the process of construction and development, and you have to love the process to create an amazing house.”
Charlotte still checks every house personally before it is handed over to its new owners or tenants to maintain the high standard every Dennis Edwards home is known for.
